Sank,I called 1&1 again, and they explained to me that they as the gaining registrar can\’t do anything until west.xyz releases the domain. They also explained that the WHOIS information only means it is in transfer process, but that they definitely do not have control of the domain yet. The WHOIS information can be changed back since the transfer has not been made. I tried calling west.xyz and tried to email but have heard no answer. Their website also keeps crashing. Please call them directly and tell them to release the domain so we can finalize this and make the payment.
