windows平臺虛擬主機實現偽靜態(URL Rewrite)的流程：進入虛擬主機控制面板，點“ISAPI篩選器 ”，點擊“開啟自定義的URL靜態化支持”，再修改/others/discuz/httpd.conf 在里面添加您自己的規則即可。
注意，所有規則放在一起可能會有沖突，只放置你需要的規則即可。
